Director, Electronic Health Information Management
The Director will lead the migration from paper to an electronic
health information infrastructure. Our client requests that the
candidate meet the following qualifications:
- Is a Certified Professional in Electronic Health Records and
Health Information Technology.
- Ten years of relevant work experience in a large and complex
medical environment.
- Five to seven years of management experience.
- Prior experience in implementing computerized, electronic health
information management.
- Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills
(verbal and written).
- RHIA with Masters Degree preferred.
- Appropriate combination of education, certifications, and/or
relevant experience will be considered for this position.
- Experienced in fast-paced environment leading the development
of a patient centric computerized medical records chart across
the organization.
- Understands principles of change management and develops e-HIM
visioning exercises for HIM management teams on the Electronic
Health Record and its impact on HIM practices.
